Group practices & healings: Zoom, in person, hybrid

Wuji Gong, the fundamental form of Emei Qigong is simple to learn — and powerfully healing.

The energy field created when a group practices together is stronger than a single person’s field, so the healing that occurs during group practice or a group healing is stronger than when you practice by yourself. Group practices are an opportunity to feel and build the group energy field, benefitting not only the participants but the world at large — a world sorely in need of healing right now.

Group practice sessions typically last about an hour; new students should plan to attend a half-hour before the scheduled start time for some basic instructions.

Come join us!

Wuji Gong practices and group healings are often being offered via Zoom; check the times listed below. See the more complete listings that follow, organized by state, for information on how to get the Zoom invitation. Please note that the times listed here are when Wuji Gong practice starts, and in all listings, the bolded time is the teacher’s time zone. On Zoom, teachers open the call before the start time for check-ins and to give instructions for new students. Those details are included in the more detailed state listings. Information on remote healings using mind intention is included in the Connecticut and Vermont listings.
